Σαββίκος — Restaurant in Nicosia

Been there three times with three different groups of people. Everyone who I brought loved your food. And IT IS pretty good without doubt. What my problem is that your service needs a bit of improvement. Servers are eager to take the order and bring it to you as quickly as they can, however all three times, we had to send the meat (especially chicken) back. It wasn't cooked properly. Last time (14/04/19) around 2 pm we were there. Same problem with chicken. We sent it back to get it cooked. They changed it and gave us a new one altogether which was thoroughly cooked BUT BUT BUT it was COLD. You may wanna increase waiting staff and take a little extra 5 minutes to cook the meat thoroughly. You don't want someone getting sick with salmonella and then suing you. I like your food, I will come back again but it would be the last time if the same problems...

We order delivery from the store in lakatamia and it horrible . The chicken burger was dry and not easy to chew, we ordered chicken souvlaki with fries and it had literally 5 fries in the box and we ordered a greek salad which came spilled in the bag and it only had tomatoes in it. When we called back they just said “ oh the potatoes are only for a bite and with garnish purposes, i will just leave a comment to the store for future use”. Unacceptable and disgraceful from them to not provide the right services to the clients and not even try to fix this...

I stopped in as a tourist receiving a referral on the good food. I sit to order, ordered a pita minus the steak add chicken. The waiter then tells me they can't do it I asl why, I don't eat beef. She claims they have rules for the menu. I am a paying customer, I should be able to ask for a subscription if needed. They were rude and very disrespectful. All I wanted was to sub the steak.
