Extremely Disappointing Experience

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to visit Potopolio and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing bar experiences I have ever had.

First and foremost, the service at Potopolio was shockingly slow and consistently late. It seemed as though the staff had no sense of urgency or understanding of basic time management. Every order, whether it was a simple drink or a food item, took an exorbitant amount of time to be prepared and delivered to our table. It was frustrating and disruptive to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Furthermore, the personnel demonstrated a complete lack of politeness and a clear lack of understanding of what it means to provide customer service. The waitstaff appeared disinterested and unfriendly, displaying a nonchalant attitude that left much to be desired. Basic requests for assistance or inquiries were met with dismissive responses, creating an unwelcoming and unpleasant atmosphere.

The most concerning aspect was the apparent lack of knowledge among the staff regarding their own menu and offerings. Several times, when we asked questions about certain drinks or food items, the staff appeared clueless and unable to provide accurate information. It was disheartening to witness such a lack of product knowledge and professionalism.

In all honesty, I cannot recommend Potopolio to anyone seeking a positive and enjoyable bar experience. The slow and late service, combined with impolite and uninformed staff members, make it clear that the establishment is not committed to providing a satisfactory customer experience. I am sincerely disappointed to write this review for Potopoleio, but I believe potential patrons should be warned about the abysmal level of service my companions and I experienced.

We placed an order for a pizza, optimistically expecting it to be delivered in a reasonable time. However, we were left waiting for over an hour with no sign of our meal. Concerned, we reached out to the establishment, only to be told that our food was "on its way". With our hopes restored, we waited - only for another half an hour to pass without a delivery.

Baffled, we contacted Potopoleio yet again, receiving the same unfulfilled promise that our pizza was incoming. Alas, despite their reassurances, the pizza never arrived. This lack of respect for customers' time and the blatant dishonesty we encountered is truly regrettable.

What makes this experience more disheartening is the fact that it wasn't an isolated incident. This is the second time we have been let down by Potopoleio in this exact manner, indicating a pattern of negligence and disregard for their clientele.
