Terrible customer service and attitude of the personell. They have sold me the wrong cake and were proving that I'm stupid for 10 min. I have asked Russian speaking personnel for medovik, but at home found another cake in the box which is under name of medovik but with disgusting taste. Didn't even try to be polite with me just. Of course I left them wrong cake in the shop and lost 20 euro.

What an absolute great job!! New york sweets exceeded my expectations. The made the cake exactly as the photo I have send them. Fresh and tasty doukissa. Additionally, the marble brownies were just perfect. Thank you very much. 💯

Totally overestimated! Low quality industrial sweets. I bought recently a "ganache" chocolate cake! As they called it .. Probably they have no idea what is really a ganache cream This one is not even close. It is a cake 90 % full of cheap whipped cream flavoured with a bit of chocolate and a lot of sugar. For 26 euros I think they could put a layer with real ganache cream. (50%of chocolate) They sell only nice design on cakes. People with taste cannot eat this thing. It's just whipped cream with sugar. Even at a bakery you can have a better ganache cake with more chocolate...

Disappointing! When I see the name, I expect high level of taste. It all just looks good, but even Zorpas cakes are much better. Brownies - crazy hard Rapsberry cheesecake - so bitter and sour! Had better cheesecake in any other city or country. Salty caramel tart - the foam was like I am eating fake ingredient, artificial sugar, just bad. Ice...
