Unfortunately our night there was a big disappointment. I ordered from them many many times before and never had an issue with their food - was soooo yummy every time!
Tonight we decided to go and do the open buffet as a family ( kids ages 3 and 5 ) Ive placed 2 plates in front of our kids to also enjoy their meals on their own which now I regret!
The sushi was all dried out as if they sat out there the whole day or been in the fridge overnight. There was barely any selection - for example 2 prawn tempura roll but each topped differently ( ei, one has sauce on top the other doesn't ) or one chicken which was spicy to my taste. Couple of salmon and the rest was veggies. Hot food section was better than the sushi, 2 rice option and 1 noodle, 3 chicken menus which was fine. But still doesn't justify the price per person.
our experience got only worse when we received the bill which was 75 euros We had a big bottle of water Me and my husband only had one round of each thing on the buffet ( I understand what is dining at the buffet means. And the fact that prices are set. Trust me I've dined innmnay buffets in my life I know how this works ) And kids maybe had 1 spoonful of rice and 1 scoop of noodles each Plus. Tiny shot glass of pudding each.
We haven't been informed that they charge kids 13,95 each. If I had known I would have maybe left or not given them their own plate. I cannot swallow the fact that we paid 27,90 of the total amount for 2 spoons of rice and 2 scoops of noodles. When I asked them to at least remove one child's menu off the receipt they refused and the person in charge literally tried to lecture me and walked out on me as I was standing there by the till... I honestly could have left without paying ( which I wish ) but didn't. Tried to explain that I wish to meet in the common grounds but nothing. Not even I understand what you're experiencing I wish we could do something about this but unfortunately I'm not authorised to do so. It was literally this is the rules, you dine at buffet and you pay the price. Doesn't matter 1 spoon or 10 spoons you pay the amount. But come on is it really that hard for the places like this to use common sense?? The waiter came to our table many times he saw how much food we ate and it was definitely not worth 70 euros. One kids meal elsewhere is between 6-8 euros and mine were only 3 and 5 which dont eat much anyway. 13.95 will never forget this one!! They could of simply meet me in the middle grounds and remove one child buffet off the receipt. Simple as that.
Maybe they don't really care but they lost one dedicated customer. Worst customer service ever let alone the quality of the food in the...
Read moreWorst sushi experience EVER. The male waiter is super inappropriate, invasive and most of all annoying. He'll come to your table constantly, bothering you while you're eating, and will go over his usual scripted 3 minute rant to "force" you to buy their alcoholic beverages (even though you were already mentally forced to buy cocktails) while you sit there quietly, awkwardly staring at him. He will loom over you, constantly asking if there’s anything else he can offer you even if you put your foot down multiple times in refusal. He will even come back after he’s been asked to stop bothering you and ruining you peaceful dining time. If that wasn't enough, there’s no labeling for the sushi at the buffet or any food presented. You simply have to guess and consume this "mystery food". My pescatarian friend (who strictly only eats fish) had accidentally eaten chicken meat here due to this exact same waiter's mistake in identifying the crispy friend meat. He was told it was breaded fish fillet when in reality it was chicken. The buffet is simply an excuse to get rid of old ingredients that have been sitting and smelling in the fridge. The food quality is simply NOT IT, the fish is always stale and old, they have even used non sushi-grade salmon which is known to harbor parasites and diseases. Definitely not fresh, cheap quality ingredients. Not to mention, the atmosphere is absolutely suffocating and boring, usually you'll be the only table being served as many tend to avoid this place, FOR...
Read moreI cannot express my disgust enough...! Me and my girlfriend went here for a peaceful night out and received the absolute opposite. For starters the waiter was annoying us from start to finish; initially blurting out a script as fast as he could, in an attempt to sell us cocktails, and continued throughout the entire time berating us and asking us if we need anything else, despite us repeatedly saying no and expressing disinterest. Secondly and most importantly to us as vegans, NONE of the sushi had labels listing the ingredients or even NAMING THE SUSHI. We had to guess and hope that we weren't consuming any animal or fish products by accident, further limiting our options to non-sushi foods which also had NO listed ingredients but had names. Additionally, the pricing is expensive considering the low quality of all the food, which tasted stale and second rate. The interior design was tacky and boring, and the atmosphere suffocating and devoid of life. I will never dine here again and suggest you also do the same. I cannot recommend avoiding this...
