People and our welcoming guest know very well who we are and what kind of freshly home made food we are selling and how clean this place is.basically its not by luck that we are so busy and we have so nice and polite reviews in our site by our greatest customers..Regarding the comments that this person wrote, I ansure you that he ll be report and that we will take all the legal action for slander and defamation. This person used to work with us many years ago and he disappeared in one night .by that day he was continuing sent many provocative and insults messages in order to harm and defamative our busyness.i assure you that all he wrote is lies and with one visit you ll confirm that all he wrote doesn't respond with his faulty and dirty comments he did.i ll public his messages in order to see all people what a fake comments he did. We ll not leave anyone to harm our greatest business. I'm not a review guy, but this place totally deserved their 5 star. This place is very quiet at day and pretty fun at night. Staff is kind and professional. They will serve you with highest quality of service in any language. They have a playground for your kids, you can bring them there and concentrate on the meal. Dishes are very delicious. Traditional Cyprian cuisine: kleftiko, stifado beef, the best mousaka at the island, and, of course, mese. We visit this place every year, except 2020. And every time our soul sing a some beautiful song. Cyprus for us is a Kartanas's mese at first place. I strongly recommend this place for every gourmand. But, I have a one suggestion for owners: please, add the warning in the menu: "All servings designated for two standard adult...

This a very good restaurant with excellent food and service. We ate in the restaurant one night and could not fault it. We'd definitely eat there again! The Kleftiko, beef stifado and Moussaka were all beautiful.

Several days later, we ordered takeaway food and we only had a short walk to get it home. Sadly, both bags collapsed as we were walking (only a 5 minute walk), and the food ended up all over the pavement. Thankfully, we were able to rescue a good amount due to the food largely remaining within the boxes. Lesson learnt! I've given 4 stars instead of 5 just because their packaging should have been much better. BUT........we cannot fault the food or the service.
