We order 4 times from papa John's the last 2 months evry time was good we were very happy with the food. Today we order and we picked up 2 burned pizzas. We call them and sent them the photos of the pizzas as they ask. We wait for 25 mins to be called and tell as that 1 OF THE PIZZAS WAS BURNED NOT BOTH OLNY THE ONE, and as a big pizza franchise they seem to struggle because the solution of these situation was that on the NEXT ORDER we can take a 10€ off. So bottom line of course i will not order again and i know they dont care or anything, i just wanted to share my "lovely" experience with papa John's pizza. SHAME

We ordered second time as the first time was bad experience and then the second time they forget to add main ingredients on pizza like feta and spicy beef. The crust of the pizza was perfect, mozzarella cheese need to add extra because is very thin and some times missing on the crust.. if next time they dont forget the main ingredients and add extra cheese then will be perfect. I will give a third chance if same mistakes continue i will never order again.

Very friendly, professional and expedient. One of the only places around here you can actually watch them make your food. Check online for coupons or bundle deals prior to ordering, they always have good deals.
