I am going to start by saying that their food is beyond terrible and it's not even cheap. Their cocktails are ok,but are definitely expensive for what they are. Now for the main part. We were a group of 7 people, who frequented this place every weekend.Ofcourse sometimes there was less of us. We always order quite a few drinks and sometimes some food. This time the bill was around €220 for 7 people which is €31+ per person. Most people barely spend €5-10. Note that the bar is located on the beach, which means there's other beach goers around. We were sitting on a table on the side of the bar, next to a railing just off the beach. While there, a friend of ours not in the group spotted us and came to us,standing on the railing outside the bar, literally on the beach. This guy being on the beach and not on the bar had his own beer in his hand. At some point when the waiter came to bring an order, spotted that this guy was holding a beer not from the bar. Immediately he started going off calling us names. We explained to him that the guy is on the beach and that all the rest of us have been ordering drinks throughout the day. The guy wasn't having it. He asked us to pay the bill immediately and leave. I want to note that when we told him the guy was sitting on the beach,he claimed that the beach is ownership of the bar as well, saying that they pay rent to the municipality. Even if that is true, the beach is not yours my guy. The beach is public property, the municipality gives you the right to put your tables there. You don't own the beach. This tells you what kind of people run this bar. Good thing there is nothing special about their service, drinks or food so we happily pay our weekend tap of €250-€300 elsewhere. Your service is appalling, and so...
Read moreThis “bar” is a relaxed, enjoyable spot during the day, but the atmosphere changes significantly in the evenings. Most nights the music is loud but still manageable; however, on Saturdays it turns into more of a rave. The volume is so high that if someone has spent a considerable amount of money on a villa nearby, it’s not just difficult to sleep — it’s nearly impossible to even relax. Even with earplugs in, the constant beat of the bass can still be heard.
The establishment seems to give little consideration to those living or staying close by. Families with children, people who need to work the next morning, tourists looking for a peaceful holiday, and elderly residents all end up having no choice but to endure the heavy bass for hours on end. It is now past 11 p.m., and we have been listening to this for over four hours — the music has been going since we got home, and it doesn’t sound like it’s going to stop any time soon.
It would be greatly appreciated if the bar could show more consideration for its surroundings and find a balance that allows both guests and neighbours to...
Read moreHad looked forward to visiting here all year after seeing a video on cyprus insight and also lots of people reviewing on tik tok etc. As I have children we arrived at 10 am was gonna have breakfast and drinks for a couple of hours and a photo on swing, a young lady working said we had to spend a minimum £20 euro per person including my 3 year old just to sit on 2 beds the plain deck chair type, the actual loungers were £40 per person, the kids just wanted to play in sand and sea they dont need beds, the swing wasnt being put out either, i had ordered us all some nice beach outfits for the day and to have photos on swing but feel the minimum spend of 100 euro to use 2 deckchairs was way out of our price range, such a shame as was the 1 thing i was looking forward to, think should say adults only somewhere as didnt feel welcome with...
