Arrived to collect our meal at the agreed time, ended up waiting for quarter of an hour. I paid for the meal and made a statement that it wasn’t acceptable to leave a customer waiting around for that amount of time, the chef came out very animated and aggressive which scared my daughter. Food was mediocre, there was a small dog wandering about behind the counter and entering the kitchen - flying ants all over the entrance, we come to Cyprus every year, and used to regularly order from here, I wouldn’t feed the stray cats wandering around the premises the food from here.

Just seen the response to my factual review! I did not raise my voice at all, I showed no aggression whatsoever (as stated I was with my 11 year old daughter), this place is a complete joke, I paid my bill in full and simply remarked that the fact I had been left waiting for over quarter of an hour was not conducive with good service, no customer service and staff who, based on the response I have just seen blatantly lie - the 3.5 star google review flatters the service, it’s a shame that you can’t leave negative stars!! Order was ready on time. Chow mein was ok. Toasts were thin and soaked in fat too much. Chilli beef was ok, although a bit slimy. Green curry was looking and had a consistency of a Shrek's snot xD. Sorry, I didn't take photos, but normally green curry has no starch in it and the sauce is rather on runny side, this time it had so much of some type of starch that turned into slime when heated. It was sticky like snail slime and super slimy in mouth (like Polish "kisiel"), plus the artificial green colour to finish the look. The taste was good, so if not the starch it could be a tasty curry. Rice was very dry, lemon chicken had a hint of sweet cake seasoning. Food usually good from here but last night it wasnt. Thai curry, no taste only heat, satay chicken ive never seen like this all chopped up and in a sauce with no real flavour Lemon chicken flavour was good but chicken overcooked. Egg fried rice very good. Chow mein ok Chili Chicken wings not cooked, raw inside. When taken back by my daughter who ordered these she was only given 5 euros back and they cost 5.50. The lady when and got a man from the kitchen said they had never had any complaints and nothing taken back also said they had been in cooking for an hour.
