The Brewery Bar. — Restaurant in Peyia

Wow! We were the only guests and waited 45mins for the Cesar salad... When we asked about the food, we were met with a shrug and the bored waiter just replied „it’s the kitchen, can’t do anything“. We had specifically asked for the dressing on the side as we knew from the last time that it was too much for our pregnant friend. What we got was of course salad with dressing on. Another waitress didn‘t handle it well either and was annoyed. Another 20min later, the salad finally arrived. Another waitress asked us how the food was and when we replied that it was good but waiting for it more than one hour was just ridiculous, she again gave us annoyed back talk while walking away, „maybe something happened in the kitchen“. We were stunned, didn‘t know what she meant, we were even thinking maybe she tried to imply they spit in our food, but who knows. At the end finally the last waitress apologized and after offering a discount of € 2.45, at least gave us one salad for free. We packed up and left as we didn’t want to spend another minute there. Funny enough my pregnant friend got a rash/allergic reaction in her face, around her mouth and later on other parts of her body.... it started 10mins afer she ate the salad. Draw your own conclusion, we thought it was a super disappinting experience and we are locals,...

Saturday night in September. Relatively good table service. 2 waiters for 9 full tables. Our waiter was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive but spread thinly between customers. He had a great memory and took several orders by memory. Food was great. We ordered starters which took a while but worth the wait (bruschetta & spring rolls), tuna salad and ribs for main which took a while but the ribs were so well cooked the meat fell off the bone and melted in the mouth! Desserts were ice cream and lava cake. Lava cake didn’t have the liquid centre but was overall nice and moist cake. Cocktails were fun, highly recommend those. 2 cocktails, 2 soft drinks, 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts €65. WELL worth the money.

Would eat here again no issues.

I can only talk about our experience of trying to have breakfast here. Saw signs outside showing breakfast served between 9 and 11.. The image shown portrayed a full breakfast menu. We thought it a great option as there is good parking opposite. However when we sat down around 8.30, a surly woman came out. We asked to see the breakfast menu and was told- I am on my own to breakfast may start at 10 what available depends on how many people turned up. Could be bacon bap or full English.
