This pasta feels like a microwave meal. Served in a paper cup. So much salt to the point it was not edible. Pasta was also not cooked in parts and felt very processed and greasy. With hardly any meat. We ordered the pasta that the cashier recommended, even my boyfriend that eats everything could not eat it. Took it back to kindly ask them for a refund and explained the issue the staff had to ask manager but it is against their policy which I think is disgusting for a food business to refuse you a refund. First time trying, ordered the aldente pasta with pastitsio, since I was recommended it. My girlfriend ordered the same with a different topping. In almost 3 decades on earth, this is the first time that I gave food back. Both options were equally hideous. It was greasy, overly salted, microwave-like food.

Gave it back and couldn't get a refund. Staff tried to be helpful and offered to remake it but I'm not getting my mouth anywhere near that again.
