Taco Bell Mall of Cyprus — Restaurant in Strovolos

Usually i don't write the reviews like i do here but I had the worst experience at Taco Bell in the Mall of Cyprus. I specifically ordered a Stuffed Burrito without chicken because I am a strict vegetarian. I made sure to inform the cashier at least 4 times to ensure my order was correct. The lady at the counter did her job well and acknowledged my request, but the kitchen staff completely ignored it. They failed to pay attention to what they were making and just served whatever they wanted.

This is not the first time I have faced this issue at this location. Every visit has been disappointing, and I have never been satisfied with their service. I also noticed that many others have left negative reviews on Google for various issues, which shows this is an ongoing problem.

Taco Bell needs to train their kitchen staff properly to follow customer requests carefully. Ignoring dietary preferences, especially for strict vegetarians, is unacceptable. I will not be recommended...

I went there a couple times with a friend of mine to dine in. Every time we get different meals to try them out and theres always one disappointing factor. The burrito meals are too small, expensive but it tasted nice for the 4-5 bites you could have. Their potatoes are mid, taste like typical frozen fried potatoes that you buy from supermarkets. The taco was so bland and small, and i tried their cantina power salad which compared to the picture it was about half of it. I finished it in 2-3 minutes and i regretted buying it. We placed our order at 19:35 (order #41), which included two chicken salad bowls and drinks. While our order was being prepared, I noticed something very concerning about the food handling. The employee who was making the salads opened the lettuce container and, while filling the tortilla bowls, took lettuce from the box with his hand and ate some directly, using the same hand to continue preparing the food.

I’m not sure what kind of hygiene training the staff receives, but this behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against basic food...
