Vokolida - Antros Fish Tavern — Restaurant in Zygi

By far one of the worst places I have ever dined in. We ordered the classic fish meze. Starting off the food was great. However the quality rapidly plummeted as soon as the fried fish came out. The kalamari was utterly unappetizing and tasted like it was frozen and not at all fresh. The rest of the fish was also disgusting. Overall the food was horrendous. I am pretty sure that food served in a prison would taste better. Moving on to the service. It was extremely slow. We had to ask the waiter for the same thing over and over again. At last the bathrooms were dirty looking like they had last been cleaned when the restaurant first opened. I do not recommend this at all. Stay far...

Stopped here for lunch today and had an excellent meal from a very welcoming owner. He invited us in to see the fish on offer, I chose a sea bream and my partner had a mixed fish plate. After a well dressed salad our meals arrived both perfectly cooked and the fish of high quality and obviously caught this morning. We were the only customers and the owner and his wife sat at a nearby table to eat their own meal. They offered us a sample of this which we greatfully accepted and it was delicious. Overall it was an amazing experience....

Probably one of the worst "Fish Tavern" in Zygi. The lady at the front house is very nice and friendly but the food is terrible. If there were 0 stars I would put 0. Even the village salad was tasteless. The rest of the food was frozen and even the french fries were frozen and not cooked through. 23 euro per person for meze is a joke. Will never go again and hope we don't get food poisoning by tonight. Glasses and plates dirty as other...
