Pho-Eden — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

This restaurant used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Brno. However, the quality of the food and the service went down significantly. The rice and noodle are very oily and the soup (pho bo, bun bo hue, etc) is over-salted. The service is not friendly at all, especially about the lunch time. I could understand that the owner and waiters/waitresses are under certain pressure during the lunch time because there are many customers. However, the rudeness of the owner (the middle-aged guy usually standing near the kitchen) towards many customers many times is unpleasant and unbearable. I would not recommend this restaurant unless the quality and service...

I am genuinely impressed by the food we had. We had Vietnamese at another highly rated place in Brno yesterday and the food we had does not even come close to what we just ate here. The food came with fresh chopped chillies and wedges of lemon. As authentic as it gets. We have had a lot of a Vietnamese food and can confidently say the Vietnamese food here is good. Great vietnamese food.

Usually Bun bo nam bo here is great, but this time the noodles were overcooked. 😔 I also like Bun Cha. Pho here is delicios, however - the soup could never be a full meal to me. No matter how big the serving. 😂 I LOVE the free tea during the lunch time. ☺️

Warning: It can be REALLY crowded during the lunchtime!!! ⛔ Come as early as you can....unless you want to wait like a baboon for 20...
