Dear Coffee and Books❤️ You are one of those little unexpected gifts that make the holiday a special and unforgettable one. We are so happy we found your nice and cosy lunchroom already on our first day, so that we could come back several times. It felt like home; the atmosphere, delicious food and sweet little dishes such as the Čokomaus. Marvelous coffee. Other heartwarming comfort food dishes to make you feel alive again in either the morning or the afternoon after a walk: the scrambled eggs, the granola with fruit and the surprising chiapudding. Outstanding vegan options! Furthermore, the service was personal and lovely. Everything taken together, your place made us feel utterly happy. If we are somewhere in the surrounding again, we will definitely extend our journey to make sure we are able to visit you...
Read moreI recently visited this charming cafe with my friends, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The ambience is warm and inviting, and had a cozy atmosphere. Whether you’re here for a quiet coffee alone or to catch-up with friends, it feels like the perfect spot.
The food pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality you get. Portions are generous without being overwhelming, and it’s clear they focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every dish I tried from the sandwiches to the delicious sweets - tasted fresh and full of flavor. You can tell that care is put into every plate.
Definitely a place...

At 11:20 the staff came and informed us that the croissants were sold out. The substitute sandwich came at 11:30, the granola at 11:40 and the scrambled eggs at 12. That means we couldn’t eat together as a family and honestly 90 minutes?? For a small bowl of scrambled eggs and two slices of ham and cheese? I would recommend you only get a coffee to go here. Maybe you’ll be out in under...
