I had an unbelievably bad experience at this restaurant. After finishing our meal, we responsibly disposed of our burger boxes in a trash bin near the restaurant. Apparently, the owner didn’t like that. Instead of addressing it like a reasonable person, he took the trash and threw it onto the hood of my car.

This level of rudeness and aggression is unacceptable for any business, especially one that relies on customer goodwill. If this is how they treat people who simply use a nearby trash bin, I can’t imagine the kind of attitude they have toward their customers.

Зіткнулася з абсолютно неадекватною реакцією власника або когось із персоналу закладу (це був чоловік старшого віку, тому припускаю, що власник). Ми з сім’єю вперше відвідали Пардубіце і випадково припаркували авто поруч із цим закладом (Beseda). У нас був пакет із Макдональдса з двома стаканами, які ми вирішили викинути у вуличний смітник, що знаходився біля цього закладу.

Реакція була шокуючою – власник вийшов, дістав наше сміття з урни та виклав його на капот нашого авто! Абсолютно незрозуміло, чому не можна скористатися смітником, який стоїть у загальному доступі на вулиці.

Така поведінка не лише неприпустима, а й принижує людську гідність. Особливо дивно бачити це від людини, яка працює у сфері обслуговування й має взаємодіяти з туристами та відвідувачами. Після такого інциденту залишається дуже...
