KFC Praha Lužiny — Restaurant in Prague

The food I just received from KFC Luziny is inedible. The chicken is red, pink and completely raw with gristle and sinew the entire way through. The burgers are freezing cold and the fries are very hard like cardboard and are also cold. I have attempted to address the issue with Bolt Food and they tell me to contact the restaurant directly but there is no contact details available for the restaurant? Can you please explain to me how it's acceptable that you've charged us 520+ CZK and almost the entire meal has been put in the bin, with bolt food taking no responsibility and no way to contact the restaurant directly?...

V této "restauraci" KFC jsem byl 3x a zároveň naposledy. Vždy nastal nějaký problém, ať už chybějící část nějakého pokrmu (houska na cheeseburger, chybějící část kuřete) nebo jsem se hodinu a půl před koncem otevírací doby (podotýkám, že to bylo o víkendu) dozvěděl, že "nová kuřata už se rozmrazovat nebudou", takže žádné stripsy nebudou a Twister se Zingerem budu mít z "kdo-ví-čeho". Problém nebude na straně řadových zaměstnanců (ty obdivuji a zároveň se divím, proč neprchnou jinam), nýbrž na vedení (menedžmentu), které by potřebovalo buď: a) přetáhnout smetákem b) šlápnout na hrábě c) obě výše uvedené možnosti prováděné simultánně Toť vše, musím v Řeporyjích okopávat brambory, nashle. 🤠

PS: naprostá absence sody v PET lahvích (nejspíš přílišná energetická a environmentální zátěž, ve fastfoodu ha!), čili při objednávce meníčka / boxu s sebou nedostanete nic, maximálně (na vyžádání) od obsluhy bezedný kelímek. Osobně jsem na podobné situace připraven mou všudypřítomnou butylkou s kvalitní domácí kořalou, ale celkově vzato je to poměrně...
