Tom's Burger — Restaurant in Prague

I had high hopes for this place but on the end , i was more then disappointed, i was mad , irritated and grossed out. As someone who enjoys food a lot and eats everything on table this was unbeatable. Ive came to reception order burger which is not cheap and sat on table, it didnt pass 3 mins burger was already done ? I understand there is premade staff but i dont want premade burger i would go to mc dondald for that, never mind that. I ordered Boss burger on first glance it looked normal but after further inspection something felt off, smell was like something was burnt, meat looked weird and colors didnt feel right. First bite, nothing bun was like bun from supermarket i choose to belive i didnt tasted meat at that point even after visible eating bites on meat because i didnt tasted anything meat like, second bite, this is big one trying to collect as much ingredients i can to feel it better, biggest mistake i made in a while, meat tasteless i was afraid i would get sick from texture, when i look at it was undercook, all other ingredients didnt taste anything you would espect from them, everything was merged together, camaralised onion was straightforward gross, i somehow treid to eat it because i was sad how much i paid for this undercooked supermarket burger. Avoid there is hundreds of times better places...

It saddens me to give this place a 3 stars but i have to. I have been to this place several times and i have had great experience so far, fries were good and crunchy, burgers were big and juicy. But todays visit brought down my opinion of this place, I had two normal burgers and they seemed to be a cheap version of what they make usually. Meat was dry and buns were big and chewy. I also noticed that burgers are not so different from each other and prices are on a high side. In conclusion, it is a great place, way better than burgers from KFC or McDonalds BUT it is way more pricy and quality is...

Tom's Burger jsem asi pred 2 lety zkusil nahodou. Od te doby jsem celkem pravidelnym "vyzvedavacem" burgru s sebou. Mam na konte minimalne 10 navstev. Dnesni navsteva, kdy jsem si i poprve snedl burgr v restauraci, mne ale pripomnela, ze by se sluselo napsat po tolika spokojenych navstevach recenzi.

Zaprve vsechny burgry a hranolky (bramborove i batatove) byly dosud bez chybicky. Vse, co od burgru cekam - slusna porce masa, vyborne housky, zajimave slozeni, poctive suroviny, chute k sobe ladi. Fakt skvele. Za pozadovanou cenu naprosto odpovidajici jidlo a zaitek. Kdyz si dnes dam kdekoli burgr, hned si ho vnitrne srovnavam s TB.

Zadruhe jsem nikdy nenarazil na protivnou obsluhu. Naopak vzdy na ochotnou i milou, i kdyz jsem nekdy prisel 5 minut pred zavirackou.

Dnes mi omylem obsluha dala jiny burgr. Uvedomil jsem si to po par soustech, ale protoze mi tam vazne burgry chutnaji, neresil jsem. Ale co skutecne ocenuju, je, ze kdyz se mne servirka po dojedeni zeptala naucenou otazka, zda bylo vse v poradku a ja ji odvetil, ze az na jiny burgr nemam vyhrad, tak se nedostavilo jinde obvykle mlceni nebo "aha" nebo v lepsim pripade "to mne mrzi". Servirka se mi okamzite omluvila a ihned navrhla kompenzaci v podobe noveho burgru. S diky jsem odmitl, protoze jsem burgr dojedl a nemel jsem zajem jido reklamovat. Presto servirka trvala, ze mi da karticku na burgr zdarma pro pristi navstevu. Dokonce mne nabadala, abych ji neutekl. To uz neslo odmitnout.

Majiteli smekam, protoze tomuto rikam skvely zakaznicky pristup a zjevne velmi dobre vytrenovany personal. Krome plneho zaludku a vyborneho jidla jsem dnes odchazel s dobrym pocitem, ze porad jsou v pohostinstvi lide, ktere prace bavi, umeji se chovat k hostum a postavit se...
