Nordic Roasting Co — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

This is a general review as I’ve been there many times, so I’m not judging of a single experience Genuinely my favorite cafe, specialty or not. The coffee is the best you will get in denmark, and I cant decide if the coffee or the service is higher level. Nicest people that know so much about coffee. I always feel like i learn something, and not only from reading the standard magazine they have on offer. Its one of those places you can go to and still enjoy your coffee even if you are unaware of what speciality is. They are genuine, inclusive and really talented at everything they do. The only thing to complain about is the somewhat uncomfortable seats, but you quickly forget that when sipping the best coffee around and talking to the friendliest barista. They have plenty of different companys and is one of the only third wave places that does blend and dark roasts in a sensible way. These guys cover the whole spectrum, and they have so many good coffees on offer. You will surely find something that finds your taste preferences I dont mind sitting there for hours even though my bum hurts after. If i could give 6 stars i would, but i would rather give my support as these guys...

Honestly the best coffee we had in Copenhagen! Found this little place while googling somewhere to have coffee, was just a stop from our accommodation on the metro and a short walk. Coffee was amazing, can request different beans, latte art was fabulous, coffee was strong, also the barista was so kind and chatty. We ended up sitting in the cafe for 2 hours, having 4 coffees and leaving with a bag of Beans and a tote bag. Highly recommend, worth a trip out of the centre to visit. Also the area has a nice bakery at a very reasonable price and a cute florist shop! A good non-typical touristy thing to do, and see the real side...

My partner and I tried two different coffee shops when we first arrived in Copenhagen before we found Nordic Roasting Co. Once we found this place we knew we were home. We have had coffee all over the US and in multiple other countries and this is hands down the best coffee we have ever had. Aga, the owner is extremely knowledgable about coffee and takes the time to understand what you like before she even begins making your coffee. Every cup of coffee was made with love and every sip gave us so much joy. I have never felt more welcomed at a place than I did at Nordic Roasting Co and that is because of Aga. We can’t wait...
