Flora Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Copenhagen Municipality

AirBNB/apartment masking itself as a ‘hotel’ and charging hotel prices.

Was told check-in instructions would be sent to my email but in fact were sent via international SMS (under scam messages). Had to waste international call to reach them as they did not reply to email or expedia booking messages. In fact, we saw another family facing the same problem being locked out in the cold unable to access the building just the very next day.

After entering the main door, we had to go through many corners and bumps at the doorways which is very inconvenient with luggages. The corridor smells funky.

The toilet is too close to the wall and feels cramped. Shower screen does little to prevent water from spraying all over the bathroom floor.

Bed comes with two square pillows that look more like cushions. No plugs beside the bed, nearest charging point is at the kitchenette area.

They were no toiletries provided except shampoo/conditioner/soap. No tissues. One big towel and one medium towel for each person.

Have stayed in so many hotels and this must be the first ‘hotel’ where its guests are required to dispose of garbage themselves at the basement, and run the dishwasher before leaving.

This place was not even extremely near any public transportation, minimally a 10 min walk. For the price you pay, you are better off in a more convenient location at a proper hotel with an...

A great new apartment complex with extraordinary service and clean and comfortable amenities. Very convenient location and a a nice area. The staff is extra friendly and on top of everything at any time. We booked last minute because of the problem with another booking and they even managed to provide us with a crib and a baby chair at 10 pm at night. When we complained about some noise they were very nice in offering a bigger space for our family without an extra cost. I am very grateful for this spot and for all the supporting staff. Love the concept of the Nord Collection apartment hotels. We loved the room in Århus (Aura apartments) but we're a bit disappointed with the first room we had at Flora: the room was not yet completely finished and the very steep stairs are quite dangerous. The second room we had was better but a shower curtain is not from this day and age. The staff of the (digital) reception are very friendly and helpful, almost no waiting time, so big kudos to that!
