Lindgreens — Attraction in Copenhagen Municipality

Little House Amager is frankly the best place in Copenhagen for events with parents and children. We were looking for a place to have our little toddler's birthday party, with family coming in from other countries, and quite a few kids. So we needed a place that could look after about 30 adults and all the kids, without us having to worry. Little House Amager ticked all the boxes, and the staff helped us organise it all and looked after us so well. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, communication in the lead-up was so effortless and they accommodated all our requests. The food and beverages were just excellent, high quality and delicious, they also organised separate child-friendly food for the kids. The restaurant area itself was perfect, all the parents could easily relax and enjoy the food, wine and company, without having to worry about the kids who were all safe and playing in the adjacent kids area. Little House Amager and the staff are so easygoing and were so happy to have us as guests. They definitely contributed to creating such a relaxed, informal and friendly atmosphere, and we cannot praise them enough. I took the burrata and the ribeye and both were excellent and the meat was cooked perfectly. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Suited for kids on first service and perfect for a date on second service :) Edit: went there again in September 2022. The ribeye that we ordered rare was so hard that I could not cut it easily nor chew it properly, I eventually gave up as I got sore jaw. It was tasteless. And yet the price is rather high for it. We asked the really nice staff if they changed vendor, they confirmed and mentioned we were not the first one to report it. Hopefully they take action and prioritise quality over profit again in the future. The wine felt like it came from a bottle that had been opened for a long time and I could not finish my glass either. The quality has gone down dramatically and is no longer worth the price. Last night i had dinner with my wife and had a very nice experience. The restaurant has a very convenient location, close to the beach and still not far from the city. High roofs and the big room made us feel fresh and comfortable after spending the day under the sun. Waiters were friendly and present during our meal and the chefs managed to take their time to give us a nice explanation of the ideas and inspiration behind the dishes. The food itself was very nice. Every first bite made me take a big breath and open my eyes in surprise. Flavours were delicate but still carried a strong personality.
