VACA - Mexicansk Mad Valby — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

Now, I haven't had the pleasure of eating anything from Vaca Valby yet. It doesn't seem like they're ready for actually taking on the amount of interested customers.

The first time I ordered from Vaca Valby I drove there to pick it up - after I had arrived I saw on my mobile phone that they had sent an SMS saying the food would be 40 minutes late. I had gotten this SMS after leaving my home and not immediately after ordering. I cancelled at the restaurant as I didn't want to wait. But still wasted a lot of my time.

The second time I ordered I called beforehand to ensure that the same thing wouldn't happen. I was told to order to for 19.30, yet when I did this I shortly after got a text saying it would be delayed 20 minutes.

I have tried Vaca in Aarhus and the food is good, but I had a very bad experience with their service as they were very rude.

Their customer service is quite bad. I placed a take-away order and they unfortunately forgot some items. I called them right when I got home and was told to write an email and that I will get a refund for whatever was missing. I did that and even though the auto-reply promised 48h reply time, I still haven’t heard from them over 3 weeks later. In the mean time I called them and was assured I will get the refund but it just never happened.

The food is alright, but the experience was so annoying I won’t order from them...

The food and atmosphere are great. The staff are friendly and I would recommend the burritos and nachos.

I've been to the VACA in Aarhus and was excited when they opened in Valby, but I'm very disappointed with the slow service.
