A stylish concept with great food, but service needs improvement

Reservoir KBH offers a unique and elegant experience—combining cinema, food, and drinks in a beautiful setting.

We spent the whole evening there and loved the flow: starting with coffee and snacks before the movie, then enjoying dinner and drinks afterward. The cinema seating was especially impressive—cozy couches for singles and romantic double seats made it feel special and relaxed for couples. The food was excellent, both in quality and presentation.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the rest of the experience. Staff kept bringing items we hadn’t ordered, and the bill was mixed up at the end.

With more professional service, this place could easily become a favorite spot...

The staff were really friendly and it was nice to have a proper meal during the movie. The problem is there is no real table to eat it, so you're just kind of balancing the plate on your lap. The side-table is shared between seats and is too small to accommodate both people's drinks and snacks. The sofas are cute, but kinda stiff and not so comfy. Also, I guess this was a one-off thing, but one of the staff members opened the door around 10 minutes before the movie's end and left it opened, so the light and sound from outside came it. Our movie had a quiet and tender end, so it was not really possible to...

Really cozy place and nice cinema. In general the cinema-restaurant concept is super hard to pull off, as the cramped space and lack of tables means you have to hold the hot plate on your lap, which is not ideal. However, the food was delivered super fast and the staff were super nice and efficient. But what really annoyed me was the Crispy Fried Chicken... Why oh why do you not write that it is packed with koriander?! It was sooo disapointing to get the beautiful plate and then bite into the guacamole which is pure koriander... You did redeem yourself with the cheese fries we had as a backup ;)...
