Love the rotating menu concept here!
Every dish we had was so well executed. The little balls of bread with whipped buttermilk butter were adorable. Really enjoyed the mørk with thai inspired ingredients as well. There was a great balance in both flavors and textures. The chicken with polenta, corn, beans, and tomato reduction sauce was a winner too. Great take on mango sticky rice for dessert to finish the meal.

Read moreHOLD DA OP en fantastisk restaurant. Vi valgte ene. oplevelsen, for at få det hele med. Hver ret havde hver sin smag (noget vi synes Ros manglede), der var forskellige teksturer og råvarerne smagte friskt! Retterne med rejer og ærter og de nye danske kartofler især, var helt eminente, stærkt forfulgt af fiske-asparges retten. Generelt var kvaliteten af maden og service dog helt i top, og prisen var mere end rimelig! Den eneste kommentar var at vi selv skulle bede om mere vand og spørge om vi måtte få top-up på vin da det ene glas skulle række til to retter, og der var lidt ventetid imellem. Det er dog vitterligt helt nede i bagatellerne. Modsat var de mega akkommoderende og tilbød alternativer til kaffen, som vi ikke var interesserede i (noget Ros heller ikke mestrede).
Vi kommer GLADELIGT til at besøge ene. igen, og det bliver ene.-oplevelsen hver gang, for at få al maden med:-)
