I was here some time ago, and wow …your service has really declined!

There were four of us who went for the all-you-can-eat concept.

Our friends each ordered a 400-500 ml soft drink, a regular size. My partner and I ordered the largest Fanta available, around 750 ml.

When the waiter came to deliver our drinks, I was told that either my partner or I would not be allowed to have dessert because we didn’t pay for two drinks. I have never heard of such a rule before when you eat all you can eat. In all the years we've eaten at ATAMI, we’ve never been told that, which I find strange especially since we all paid for the all-you-can-eat…

Also, nowhere is it written that you must buy one cola or Fanta per person in order to get dessert, which is supposed to be included in the all-you-can-eat buffet.

Do we now have to find a different place to eat from now on because this is how things have become?...

Overall it was a bad experience 👎🏼 II have to say, it was disappointing. The entrance for families and people in wheelchairs was dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. It seemed like there could be rats around.

Inside the restaurant, there weren't many people, and the service was slow. It felt like they didn't have enough staff to take care of everyone.

The worst part was the food. I was hoping for delicious sushi, but the salmon was not good at all. It felt rough and tasted strange because it was burnt on the outside. I've never had sushi like that before.

What made the experience a little better was the ice cream. It was tasty and enjoyable.

Overall, Atami Sushi Restaurant had some issues. The food and service need improvement, but at least the ice cream was good. If you're looking for a great sushi place, I'd suggest trying...
