As a frequent consumer of Bone's Restaurant, having visited more than five times, I've always been impressed by their delicious cuisine. The food consistently exceeds expectations, and I've always enjoyed the dining experience.

One of the highlights of my visits has always been the flavored Pepsi, particularly with the cherry syrup. This combination was a perfect complement to the meals, adding a delightful touch.

Unfortunately, the recent removal of the special syrups from the new dispensers, has significantly impacted my last dining experience. While the food remains excellent, the absence of the flavored Pepsi, especially the cherry syrup, is a notable loss as a fan of flavored Pepsi/Coke.

I hope that Bone's will reconsider this decision and reinstate the special syrups. It's a small detail, but it can make a big difference in customer satisfaction, particularly for those who have come to appreciate the unique flavors...

I am writing to respectfully express my disappointment regarding the service we received at your establishment during my son's birthday celebration. Despite having placed a pre-printed order for a party of five, several inaccuracies unfortunately marred the occasion. The waitstaff mistakenly delivered several incorrect meals; while we all ordered ribs, one order was missing entirely, and my meal arrived significantly delayed and was unpleasantly cold. This was particularly disheartening, given our positive past experiences at your restaurant. The malfunctioning soda dispenser, which resulted in a spill, further contributed to our negative experience. Furthermore, the lack of hand sanitizer at the salad bar was a concerning oversight, given current health guidelines.

We got 2 servers the first one was a girl she was very nice she took our orders. The 2nd service guy forgot the easiest orders we got. The place is very unorganised by service because they forget ur orders. Anyways the food was horrific for me i took the burger and chicken breast and some fries. The burger was very dry, not tasty at all. The bacon was very cold it probably had been sitting for like an hour or more. Beef was not tasty at all. Overall very tastless burger. Chicken breast was 3/10 almost 20€ for 1 chicken breast is crazy expensive and it wasnt even worth it. Tasted bland. Fries were like hesburger fires not special at all. Never coming back!
