They have 50 different choices to mix your salad, soup of the day, tartelet, 5 different types of potatoes, kids stuff like lasagna and meatballs as well as other hot stuff. Then there's always 3 different sauces, traditional Danish brown sauce, whiskey sauce and bearnaise sauce. Then the main attraction: 15 different meats. Cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and wild such as deer and hog. They usually also have exotic meats which change from time to time. Last time they had kangaroo which is surprisingly good, and my last visit they had zebra and crocodile (Not my favourites but interesting to try).
