We were a party of four out to dine, and it was an amazing culinary experience. Something I've never tried before and it hit just the right spot.

The idea about not knowing what you will be served, really opens up your mind to try everything, and more often than not you will end up enjoying a lot.

The food was really, really good. One did the wine pairing, two did the cocktail pairing and one did the juice pairing. They all tasted very good and was paired well, I'll go a bit more into details on the cocktails as those were mine:

????? (I forgot the name of this drink), but it was orange coloured, and was an orange drink. The first drink was a very good cocktail, it was well balanced and were some sort of orange mixture, with their homemade orange liqueur.

Italian Chic (Elderflower, prosecco, gin) This drink was okay, for my taste it was a bit on the sour side, mostly due to the prosecco, but it was decent enough, and I can see how someone enjoys this. (If you like Aperol Spritz, then I think it would fit your taste).

"Kong Gulerod", a carrot drink based on Tequila. This one was the one I liked the least, it seemed like the balance wasn't quite right, and it had a lot of tequila taste.

"Nögens Kaffesymfoni No. 4." This one was my favourite, it was delightful, I'm also a big fan of espresso martinis, but this one was just better, very strong finisher.

The place was super cozy and the ambience was just right, the only downside was the cocktail shaking right next to some of the tables, I could see how that would be annoying over the dining experience if a lot of guest were dining in, for us it was okay.

Fun alternative casual dinning option in central Kolding. You can pick between 7-10 or more dishes, but there is no menu. The place work by up-cycling food, so thing that have knocks, close to expiration date and more. Therefore the menu changes. Some dishes really hit the mark, where in other you could feel like they lacked some inspiration of what to do with the ingredients. Service was slow, but really friendly.
