NO WIFI, NOT A WORKING CAFE

TLDR Don’t assume you can work here!

I totally understand if you don’t want to have workers or laptops in your cafe, no problem. It’s my fault for not asking BEFORE I ordered a coffee. However you don’t have to be rude about it. The young woman working was very friendly but the older woman (maybe who runs it) looked at me like I was such an idiot for asking and then said “you can have 30 minutes to work here I guess 🙄” Also a simple American was 35 DKK = almost $6 USD.

I recommend walking 2 minutes away from there to Cafe Satchmo where they DO have WiFi and WAY friendlier staff.

Cute little cafe, bit hidden in the lovely old town of Roskilde. We chanced upon this cafe as it had been raining and most cafes in the old town only had outdoor seating. The menu card is simple offering a small selection of hot and cold drink and some lovely cookies and cakes. We ordered 2 cotrados, 1 himbeer cookie and an apple cake with wipped cream.
