Rib House — Restaurant in Roskilde Municipality

can unfortunately only give Rib-House 1 star after tonight's "experience". I ordered a 350 gram steak medium fried. The one I get is so completely COOKED. I call the waiter and explain the problem. He must subsequently call on another, who must subsequently call on one more. So 3 men are needed to assess whether a new steak should be made. Unfortunately, I do not get to take a picture of the first steak, as it can not really have its accuracy either. I then get a NEW Steak. Should again be medium, and get it so pretty raw. The waiter looks and can see it is too raw, but now we simply do not bother to wait any longer. And choose to get the bill. The waiter suggests so we can get some discount on the drinks, which then does not happen either. And an indifferent attitude from the staff in general. I mean in these times where everyone is in need due to Covid-19, and general customer service in general, that it is below Rib-House's dignity. A very nice place for some very nice meat. The spareribs here are amazing, perfect portion size, nicely seasoned and glazed and high quality meat. The ribs don't come falling of the bone but the meat on it is very flavorful. The seasoning is not to much and gives a nice balance between meat and sauce.

The service was good but a little confusing, I think every server working that evening has been to my table.

One thing that wasn't so good was the coffee, I got a cold espresso. The little cup wasn't pre heated and the coffee came cold to the table.

The food was good, but the manager was highly rude and unprofessional. When we entered their restaurant, he asked us to wait for the table and we were waiting, a couple of minutes later when I asked for the table he clearly said " All the table are filled if you want to leave its up to you." This is so rude when you have your guests in your house. May be he doesn't know we are the customer and he's getting his salary from your spending for their food. Extremely...
