Updated review (4 stars, APR 2025): My wife and I have been by twice since our first experience. They still have really nice wines - and a few snacks. The staff we experienced were professional and knowledgeable about wines. A pleasure to wine here.

Original review (2 star, JAN 2025): Hmmmm. This is a tough review to write. There were good and bad… The wine bar is centrally located in Vejle. It is a cozy and intimate small place with a relatively small number of seats available - which is fine for a small wine bar. They have a very fine selection of interesting wines - and tasty it turned out. They do have a very small selection of mainly snacks - but you can order the charcuterie board if you want a little more. My wife and I dropped by with our grown son a Friday evening. All tables were occupied, but we were able to get a seating by the window on the high chairs. It seemed like the one waiter/bartender at work was quite busy so we got the menus our selves at the bar. After a short while the waiter came to us and asked if we had any questions. We did have questions about some of the wines. But after a short talk it turned out that the waiter (In a wine bar) knew nothing about wines and he had not tasted any of them either. He was not even sure if they had the wines because they were sold out on several he said. So we ordered a wine without assistance. When he came back to serve the wine, he had already opened it and he did not offer us to pre taste it before pouring. That was a first for us at a wine bar. We ordered the charcuterie board - and cancelled 45 minutes later, as he was still not preparing it. As he said: “I’m busy”. And I agree - there should have been two persons at work this Friday. I ordered some bread and asked him if he could cut that immediately - which he did. During the evening he never came by to ask if we needed anything else. We ordered another glass of wine and had to do that by the bar. The wines we tasted were both really good. The bread also was good. But the lack of service and knowledge of the server was a disappointment. We may try it again in the future in the hopes of...

What a cozy and delicious place! On the hunt for wine we came across this gem. Fabulous wine selection, very cozy atmosphere - inside and outside. In addition to brilliant (no matter, if bubbly or not) drinks, I can recommend the cheese and cold cut board - also an incredibly well chosen selection.
