So this place is usually my favorite place in the city, but I went there for my birthday tonight and the food was very very underwhelming. The appetizers were mediocre, the salmon main was so salty I had to send it back and my husband's veal was ordered 'medium' but showed up raw and unappealing: he did not finish it. The salmon they came out with the second time was undercooked so I didn't end up finishing that either. Super disappointing and I hate having to leave this review but it's just honest. They offered to give some free dessert but we were just ready to move on. Delicious dishes made with high quality ingredients in a relaxed and cozy atmosphere. A great place to enjoy some new flavour experiences without the stiff and pretentious feeling you get from upscale restaurants. The staff is friendly yet professional, offering all the information you need without overwhelming you.
