Honest review as an American traveler

Visited DIABLO Esports Cafe Serpong recently and had a good experience.

What I liked: • Semi High-performance PCs if you pay extra — around 15k an hour in person (online it’s 17k). • Actual Comfortable gaming chairs that actually raise up, which is surprisingly rare in most gaming cafés. (Personally prefer playing above elbow height!) • Friendly and knowledgeable staff — they tried to help me set things up, though I wasn’t sure if they had Wi-Fi or were offering a hotspot. • Limited variety of games but stable internet from what I saw. • Snacks/drinks available at reasonable prices (didn’t order, but the selection looked okay). • Really nice atmosphere for both casual and competitive gaming. Great location too — right near a barber and Alfamart, and there’s so much space to play. Easily a 10/10 for desk space alone, aside from the pricing.

What could be improved: • Please add Wi-Fi! Needed it to book a ride home, but had to use international data instead. • Changing the NVIDIA control panel settings didn’t seem to work, even after force quitting and admin restart — not a big deal, but would be nice to fix. • Maybe rethink the PC lineup or clarify specs: the Sultan tier has a 4060 + Intel 5, which feels a bit steep at 17k/hour; and VIP with a 1060 Ti w a Intel 3 at 10k/hour seems a bit outdated for that price. But to be fair, it still works fine for most games — just something to note if you’re used to higher-end GPUs.

Overall: I’d would recommend DIABLO Esports Cafe Serpong to anyone looking to game, hang out with friends, or join small tournaments — just check first if they have Wi-Fi. And you’ll definitely love the large desk space!

But if you’d like better Graphics maybe go elsewhere where for the price. Terima Kasin guys for letting me play.

Diablo Gaming provided us good experience in gaming with a choice of low - high price. For those of you students who wanted to play with low price you can enjoy the VIP package, however if you're looking for another experience you can enjoy the Ultimate - Sultan Package. The Ultimate and Sultan package had a separate room from VIP, VIP are in open place, if you are looking for a quiter place to be focused in your game, maybe take Ultimate or Sultan package.

(Edit : However, the guy who worked in the reception (the one in glasses) doesn't seem to be in to his job, my orders take too long to arrive, or when the internet couldn't connect to my PC he just kept looking at his computer at the reception and just keep playing games without responding or hearing our problems, we paid for this, and we get these treatment ?? NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL, BAD...

The place is comfy but me and my friend booked sultan seat for concert war (which is kinda pricey tho) and i mean this is crucial, they only provide 1 person standby for registration and to open the computer, and the internal communication is a bit chaotic, so it’s affect some fellow customers. the internet speed is HALF from what they’ve promised. The owner yelled at costumers, which is a big turn off. I rarely give one-star to the place i’ve been, but this is for improvement to be better so other customers won’t experience the same as me.
