Although the food, drinks and service are really good, these 2* are to draw attention to the problem: guys, for gods sake, stop serving water in tetrapak. It's a sacrilege, it's non-recyclable, it's much worse than usual plastic (which can be easily recycled and there's even a recycling plant in the area), but there're no facilities to recycle tetrapak in the DR, it's literally a crime against local ecology and there's no need to supply water in tetrapak, this is sheer madness. One of the best places to eat in all of Bavaro and Punta Cana. There are two things that are almost impossible to find here. One, service. And two, consistency. This place has them both. I've been eating here consistently for over a year now, and this place never fails to impress. In addition to service and consistency, Gourmet Market also has a very reasonably priced menu and very good food. Not just better than average, but very good. I'd highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be eating...
