We had dinner at Moui Vietnamese Restaurant and overall had a pleasant experience.
For appetizers, we tried the Rau Muống Xào Tỏi—perfectly seasoned and flavorful—and the Đậu Hũ Chiên Sả, which was crispy with a nice touch of sweetness. Both were great starts to the meal.
For the main dishes, we had the Cá Chẽm Hấp (steamed red snapper). I originally asked for it grilled, but the chef sent it out steamed instead. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor and didn’t stand out.
We also tried the Mì Trứng Xào, a chicken stir-fry with vegetables and noodles. It was cooked well, but it would’ve been nice if the staff asked about salt preferences—it came out a bit too salty for our taste.
