Erick at the Quimera rooftop bar, makes the very best drinks. He puts his own twist on the most popular drinks making them extra special. They are very tasty. Yanelis is very friendly and very welcoming. She welcomes everyone with a big smile. Jennifer is also very friendly and makes wonderful drinks. The rooftop bar is our nightly favorite place to chill.

Absolutely wonderful! The restaurant is in a beautiful location at The Level with a fabulous view of the pool and the sea. Seating is both indoor and outdoor and lots of space between seats as well so you don’t feel cramped at all! The food is lovely and the menu does change regularly so unsure of the other comments but the quality is excellent! We come for breakfast and dinner and the options are delicious and fresh. The only issue is that they don't change the menu, and it it somewhat limited. The quality of the food has really improved, although it is nothing like the Gabi at the old RoyalService at this resort.

Service is excellent. We especially liked breakfast, where they had a variety of a la carte items. Lunch also had a good variety including some nice starters like fried shrimp or cod croquettes.

Servers such as Hilario, Miguel, Maria, and Moises were exceptional.
