Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Higüey

Service... Please UP your service. Pizza Hut: Teach your employees to listen more attentively and to not make things so complicated. This was a super easy fix, but took way too long to figure out.

I speak fluent Spanish, so there was NO mix in communication.

I repeated my order three times and said "8 piece boneless wings". She repeated it to me... and continued to charge me for something else. After I brought it to her attention, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. She looked at the receipt and at me, and asked me again what I ordered. Then, to get my refund, she had to yell into the back of the restaurant for the manager to come out. She did that twice. Manager finally came out. That took about 5 minutes, after I ordered. Another 6 minutes later, the wings came out, and they didn't give me ranch, which was included. They wanted to charge me for it!! Then, they gave me my drinks (about 2 or 3 minutes later). Then they finally decided to make my cinnamon sticks.

The restaurant was not crowded, I spoke the native language and was calm... it was ridiculous.

The service was absolutely terrible, they kept making things complicated for no reason and tried to blame it on us for not understanding when I simply asked for the total price of the pizza when they kept giving me the "base" price. Why would I want to know the base price, all I wanted to know was the total price of the pizza I ordered. As soon as I walked in to order, not even a greeting and spoke with attitude the whole time, did not even give us utensils.
