Villa Carbōn — Restaurant in Las Terrenas

What I can say about Carbon is this…

Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!! Best meal I have had in 5 years of coming to, and living in Las Terrenas. Hands down the best ever!

Every course was better than the previous. The cocktail and wine pairings were spot on. I cannot, and will not eat anywhere else if they are open and can get me around their table.

I am well traveled, and have been all over the world. I have eaten all sorts of food, and experienced all levels of cuisine, and they are in the top 1%.

The word that comes to mind is Stellar!

Carbon is the “hottest” dining experience, but you don’t get “burned”.

Reserved for a private dinner with a group of friends and we had an amazing night! The food was beyond delicious and the drinks offered to pair really hit the mark. Each dish was an unique flavor experience and you could feel the love that was poured into it. The Villa itself is quite cozy with several spaces to hang out and talk with your friends, before and after the dinner.

The staff was on point as well. We were a group of 8 and got all of our needs taken care off promptly and without even asking. The Chefs also gave us insights of every dish served, which I frankly didn’t pay much attention to, but I know foodies would have enjoyed listening to them.
