Brixx Wood-Fired Grill — Restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros

This was our first visit to Brixx. When we arrived there was a business security alarm blaring from next door. While the owner and wait staff were accommodating in trying to seat us in an area where it was less noisy, the alarm could be heard throughout the restaurant. The owner contacted the person responsible for the alarm and, after numerous attempts, the alarm was finally shut off. All that being said, the food was very good and we had an enjoyable lunch. I was charged for a drink that the server gave us by accident from which I thought was my original drink. I shouldn’t be charged for the mistakes of the staff. I ordered hot wings which came out as BBQ and then waited another hour to get what I originally ordered. I don’t see this place lasting. Owner needs to fix it.
