Food is amazing and quick and the service has always been impeccable. Simply do not bring your kids... my kid was watching a youtube video from my phone and I was sitting directly across from him. Then the owner comes and starts to touch the phone herself of course my spoiled brat toddler starts to throw a fit. (During this process Im not only hungry and tired, Im wondering what she is doing with the phone) . Then she leaves, only to come back with ear phones and tell me they are new he needs to put them on. I tell my husband we can leave, because a normal reaction would simply be to ask the parents to tell the kid to lower the cartoon that I couldn’t even here. She then tells me I must respect other people. As if I would want or need my toddler to listen to a cartoon loud. They need to be more careful, I am very strict about people touching my kid and they are pretty lucky he isn’t autistic cause that alone would throw an autistic kid off! This is one of the best pizza places we've ever been to. Now I was skeptical about how good it was, having tried many many pizzas and heard a lot of claims, but it's really excellent!

The restaurant itself is pretty and clean with a nice atmosphere, it's in a great location, and easy to get to with a decent amount off parking.

Both pizzas we ordered came quickly and the crust was chewy and bubbly and baked perfectly. They have a large and interesting menu, we had one with burrata, pistachios, and mortadela and then another with sausage, mushrooms and truffle sauce. Both were really good. A large one will feed two people.

Lamentablemente tengo que poner esta reseña negativa. Espero que le sirva al sitio como un aprendizaje. Lo primero que me sucedió espere como 15min en la entrada para ser atendido (el camarero de la terraza me pasó por delante como 3 veces y en ninguna fue capaz de decir un Hola! Y tampoco me indico que tenía que hacer para poder comer en el lugar). Bueno como me cansé decidí entrar para pedir mesa para 4 y me pasaron con 2 camareras diferentes hasta llegar a una que me apunto en una lista. Después de eso llego más gente y también se puso a la espera pero veo que la empiezan a sentar en la terraza y yo veo una mesa de 4 y le digo no tengo preferencia si es para terraza o dentro del local.. pues nada sentó a varias personas en la terraza y cuando le pregunto su respuesta fue que ya no atienden en la terraza a las 9:30( no tiene sentido)Yo llegué primero. Bueno pues nada seguimos esperando hasta que nos dieron mesa dentro y metieron varias personas más delante nuestra. Realizamos la comanda de la comida y le digo!! Después voy a querer postre!( Yo he ido varias veces y se que la pizza de Nutella y el rollito son muy buenos) Me dice la camarera que Ok está bien. Bueno cuando terminamos de cenar vamos a pedir el postre y me dice que nada más puedo pedir tiramisú y yo pero si te dije antes que te iba a pedir postre y quería la pizza de Nutella la cuestión que eran aproximadamente las 10:30 y ellos cierran a las 11:00 su deber es satisfacer al cliente y hacerme la pizza de Nutella!! Ahí no termina la cosa se pusieron a poner las sillas arriba de las mesas desesperadamente para recoger (eso es de muy mala educación) sin que los clientes hubieran terminado de cenar. Conclusión me lleve una desagradable experiencia en la atención al cliente, la comida es muy buena, es lo más parecido a las pizzas de Nápoles, pero se tiene que mejorar los puntos mencionados anteriormente. Al final una cosa lleva la otra si la comida funciona bien por qué está buena también brinda un servicio para querer...
