Miami Hot — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

It was awful, the worst experience ever, playlist is horrible. They don't know how to even prepare for a big group of people, and make disasters with the bills. They wanted me to pay twice my bill because they don't have the minimum idea of how to control it. I was with a group of people and ordered a few beers with ma' friend, same bill, two people, paid before going, and there was a fuss, they were asking the people we left there, if we were not going to pay when we had alread done it... And threaten someone to make her pay, she had to even show a picture of the receipt and after that it didn't stop, when she left, other friend stayed and they and they made her pay other type of beer we didn't even drink, so if you want trouble, go there! Worst...

Place is usually empty, bathroom shows that is for two but is designed for one person at a time usually forcing men to do a line. They have no idea of what they are doing with the payment and the bills, i paid everything and left, then they were charging my friends for my drinks twice, i had to send a picture of the recieve, no control on their service at all. No customer service skills, employes look mad all the time, they have a lot of tables but the place is never ready to recieve a group of at least 9 people, they seem to be bothered to join tables and doesnt even do it properly cause some of the group will be standing but the rest of the place has lots of seats available. 3 times ive been there, 3 times has...
