Abysmo — Restaurant in Cumbaya

Love the concept, the beers, the food and the location itself. But... ordering on Rapi or by phone is a nightmare!! I tried to order 5 different times only to see ”restaurant closed” (at different times) or getting no answer when calling... Seems to me the staff chooses when they are open for service or not, wyd manager and owner??? This is coming form a educated professional of gastronomy who worked in little family restaurant, 1 Michelin restaurants as well as small hotels and 5star hotels. This review...

Primero, escribí a hacer una reserva para 8 personas y me confirmaron la reserva a través de su chat de Instagram, cuando llegue me dijeron que no existía mi reserva, se habían olvidado de registrarla. Después de acomodarnos en una mesa la mesera se demoró más de 15 minutos en traernos el menú, para entonces ya estábamos un poco enojados. Pedí 3 vasos de cerveza y se demoraron 25 minutos en traerlos a mi mesa.

Finalmente cuando estábamos tranquilos consumiendo la cerveza y ya habíamos pedido varios vasos más, la mesera vino con una actitud súper grosera a mi mesa a imponernos un consumo mínimo por persona de $10 lo cual me pareció absurdo porque nunca me lo dijeron, ni siquiera cuando hice la reserva, también nos apuro y nos dijo que en 5 minutos regresa para que pidamos más cosas para cumplir con el consumo mínimo.

Se demoraron tanto en antendernos y luego si estaban queriendo apurarnos cuando nosotros ya nos cansamos de esperar y de su mal servicio.

Definitivamente el servicio fue terrible y a pesar de que la cerveza estuvo bien, la verdad nunca...
