Never have eaten Vietnamese street food, but if this is an example of what it is like, this will be the closet I'll ever get to the actual. Was an excellent experience. Crispy sandwich bun filled with a very tasty pork filling or several other meat options of your choice including vegan, served with pickled vegetable garnish and sauce. The fries were absolutely amazing! Kudos to the Chef! The location is off the beaten track in the back of a repurposed industrial park just a short walk form the Scala Mall. Quiet and intimate. Si hay algo que este restaurante sabe hacer bien, es dejar claro que los banh mi no son cualquier sándwich. Probamos uno de pollo y otro de cerdo, con papas, y vaya que nos dejaron felices. El pan es suavecito, pero lo que realmente sorprende es el sabor: potente, equilibrado y con una salsa de hierba luisa que jamás habríamos imaginado en un banh mi, pero que funciona de maravilla.
