We went here as part of an organised city tour excursion, so didn’t choose the restaurant. The visit was to include traditional Egyptian food and a Shisha experience. We were the only customers, and to be fair, the food was excellent. However, service very slow and we were not asked if we required anything further, and were not offered the shisha. We asked for a second coffee 3 times before finally receiving it and also 3 times requested the shisha. Other guests were being served before us and we felt ignored. The shisha eventually turned as we had to leave with our prearranged pickup home, so missed it. Therefore, marked down on customer service and poor atmosphere

Decided to try this restaurant for my lunch. I’ve ordered Greek salad, calamari, babaganoush and mixed grill. Chicken was pink inside and kofta completely RAW inside. I’ve complained, additionally explained how dangerous it could be for someone if they eat raw meat. I refused a new portion as I was put off after that. Despite this, I was charged for ALL the items.
