I would like to leave a strong review about the property

Cleaning and hygiene is very bad... the corridors and passages are always dirty and studio main door wasnt clean and grey color from dust, no one cleans even the dust from it... washing machine is dirty even to use... we are 3 adults and they only give one access card and one key although everything on property needs access cards to open the doors... even to access the street or pool or mall.

They rejected to arrange for late checkout which I requested exrra one hour so I can wait in the room till my family goes to Friday prayer as the weather is so hot ... they leave the concierge bags in the open space by the reception with no guidance or secuirty attendees... secuirty by the pool or on duty in reception don't know how to speak to a guest.. I got allergy from bed cover I am afraid it wasn't clean when I checked in... I had to bring them out in the sun for a full day to use them later... not satisfied and won't be...

The room was full of lizards. The management offered a clean up (pesticide), only changed the room after we insisted. Breakfast was inclusive, but was never received after waiting for almost an hour. No proper apology was offered for that! When we requested a parking space for our car, we were told that parking will cost us a fee of 75 pounds a day!!! The building itself is very nice and the pool area, but the room is not. The bed is very uncomfortable also the pillows the place is not clean. They should have essential basic, such as hand soap, but they don’t provide anything like that. The bathroom smells bad, and the faucet was clogged all the time.
