SooTea Bubble Tea Alexandria — Restaurant in Alexandria

I went there today with my friend. The music is too loud and you can barely hear each other. The drink tasted so bad. I had the coffee boba one, the boba tasted horrible and was too sweet and jelly like (not the usual tapioca pearls). Some boba were either overcooked or still needed to cook more / still hard or not fresh. The drink didn't taste of coffee at all and they ran out of milk options... Be careful because most of the drinks description in menu is false or not present in store, like the drinks containing coconut milk in the menu they put coconut syrup instead.... This is horrible for someone with lactose allergy ordering these drinks without knowing. Also, the drinks prices and what they offer for it, is overpriced and a waste of money. Would not recommend for boba...

I wasn't a fan of Boba till I tried SooTea the best in town literally (in Boba) they're specialized in it I guess, but other than that I tried iced latte and another drink it was too sweet. Also, I got the waffle twice, the first time in was under cooked, the second time it was TOO over cooked (nearly burnt) and even though the staff is friendly when I complained the manager came we had a nice conversation and he offered to change it and get me another one (took a long time so I said no thanks) but after all we paid full price for 2 burned waffles.

The place was really clean the food was also clean I rlly enjoyed my drink but some of my friends didn't like their's and I would recommend getting waffles from there they are served fresh and hot I loved it and the staff was really nice and helpful there are also two areas both are very cute and Instagramable you will take amazing photos there plus there are very cute cups and plushies that u can purchase and take home. Loved the overall experience just Pick ur...
