You can tell not too many English speakers come into the area. The sign outside is only Arabic. So make sure to compare the Google pics and you will find it no problem. The people in the area were also friendly and pointed us in the right direction. When we entered we were seated promptly even though it is a small place was full. The menu was only Arabic. But the cashier saw the look on my face and immediately helped us to get what we were there for, Hawashee! The service was great. Friendly and welcoming. We were four Americans in a small shop in Egypt and felt incredibly welcomed. The food was outstanding. A fantastic idea for a burger, They even give you food handling gloves for holding your sandwich. Highly recommended. By the way. When they say spicy. They mean spicy. I took some peppers off. Read moreThere is no pick up option so you eithe thave to order a delivery or go there, order and wwit for half an hour in the blue under the sun because they have no tables for you to set on or umbrellas to set under that'swhy am giving thr atmosphere 1 start, because i either have to order delivery or wait under the sun
The service is so bad as they never get my orders right, i always ask for no tomatoes or olives on my sandwiches yet i get them almost everytime, ruining the experience, one time he wcrewe my order adding them and whispered about it to the cashier infront of me and then gave me my order anyway,
Lastly they don't have a number for complains (they have one only for not getting your orders in case of delivery) so if they get your order wrong and you discover that after reaching home you have to go back and complain in the restaurant which i never did before so i had to eat my food...

Any hawawshi that isn't regular beef hawawshi takes 20-30 minutes, but at least they have a dining area with bathrooms and...
