Happy City Hotel — Hotel in Cairo

Happy city hotel in Cairo refused to check-me in last week because my ID is issued in Cairo !||They said that the tourist police told them not to accept a customer whose ID is issued in Cairo !||This is non sense because I had previously stayed in 3 , 4 , 5 stars hotels in Cairo without a problem. ||||I am also complaining because the special offer they are currently having is for Egyptians only and the probability of having a guest from Cairo is very high ! I had made my reservation through booking.com and had a bad experience with them before but this time with this hotel Happy city booking.com had the price of $28 which equal to 500 Egyptian pounds and by the time I got to the hotel price went up to 1000 Egyptian pound I tried with them with my reservation was no luck and as far as the hotel supose to be 3 star I would not give it on star or less no internet in room and the room is not clean and no tube shower on the floor stuff terrrible no more...
