Great experience! The decorations are lovely, the hostess welcomes you with an effortless, beautiful smile and is very patient. She speaks English well and makes sure that the cats don't take over 😅 The food was delicious. We had 2 starters because we wanted to try as much as we could (we had a good feeling). The shrimps wrapped in filo pastry (great starter) and the shrimps with a creamy buttery sauce over them (as good as it sounds). As mains we tried the seabass with shrimps and tomato sauce and potatoes (wow). The fish fillet stuffed with shrimps was deliciousss! Even the grilled vegetables with the stuffed fillet were top notch.
The rice was shaped in the cute form of a crab and was OK but to be honest we didn't eat it to save space for the highlights of the day. The mango juice was slightly watered down which was the only small let down.
Very reasonably priced for the level of quality you get!
Will definitely return!
P.S. It's small so go early! (we went there at 7ish and we had one if the last 2...
Read moreWhat a little joint! We found this restaurant while we were walking down the street and it was a good decision to give it a try.
It is very well decorated and colorful and you feel comfortable the moment you step in especially if you come to find the lovely woman who manages the restaurant. She went above and beyond our expectations in terms of hospitality and customer service.
The food is good too. We had 2 different orders one of them was so delicious and she suggested it to us. The second order was not the best but it was not bad. It could’ve been better if they marinated it well enough since we tasted and smelled the raw fish smell when we were eating it. Other than that everything was perfect.
Be ready to see almost every currency from this world that you can think of and you may add yours to the collection inside the restaurant. What a beauty!
I definitely recommend this restaurant and I...
Read moreWe came to this downtown restaurant following a recommendation. The restaurant is small, clean, nicely perfumed, mixed between local traditions and old American styles with many photos of famous American acteurs of years 1960, 1970... Unfortunately our waiter doesn't speak English. We ordered 3 dishes: fish and chips, fried shrshrimps and fish & cheeses. We were alone in the restaurant, we waited for 30 minutes for our dishes. When they arrived, we really enjoyed eating, we were hungry. The dishes were good, but don't expect 5* foods here please. We ordered 3 waters (bottles), they were served...in 3 bottles (we expected drinking water in 3 nice cups, but we know what could happen...). During eating, some nice small cats arrived...and you may need to share some foods with them, but they are not aggressive. The prices, the services of this restaurant are good for us. I offer the...
