Disappointing Food Quality I recently dined at Andrea Merryland, and unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the food. My experience can be summarized as underwhelming and unsatisfactory. The dishes I ordered lacked both flavor and freshness. The grilled chicken tasted bland and seemed like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. The vegetables were terrible making the entire dish unappetizing. Furthermore, the portion sizes were meager for the prices charged. I felt like I was paying premium prices for subpar and insufficient portions of food. The value for money was simply not there. In addition, the presentation of the dishes was lackluster. The plating seemed rushed and unappealing, detracting from the overall dining experience. Despite my disappointment with the food, I will acknowledge that the service was friendly and attentive. However, the quality of the food is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and in this regard, Andrea fell short. Andrea have a beautiful location at the Merryland arena. Mr Mousa warmly welcomed us and provided a unique table facing the Merryland lake for our lunch seating. Mr Mahmoud took care of our orders and Mahmoud was our attentive and friendly waiter. We ordered salads, main dishes and desserts; they were really well freshly cooked and delicious. Must have "grilled qualis", "grilled chicken Andrea style" and "home made cream caramel" and of course tea with fresh mint. Andrea have indoor and outdoor seating. The interior decor is really lovely. Highly recommended place to enjoy delicious food, professional service, beautiful scenery and colourful lake.

Ramadan update: Many thanks Mr Ayman Azer for assigning table when restaurant was full due to Easter celebration, Mr Mohamed for arranging Sohour menu to be exveptionally served although it was not available during Easter and Mr Nabil to ensure we were comfortably attended. We went on 7 Jan (the christian feast). It was TOO crowded and noisy. And staff weren't ready AT ALL to serve all those amounts. And they didn't want to tell people that place is already fully occupied so they kept adding tables. Waiters were helpful and patient. And also we learned patience because it took around 2 WHOLE HOURS to have food on our tables. And even after 2 hours, food was cold!!! Taste was a 6-7/10. Portions were incredibly small when regarding the price.
