Firstly, what an unbelievable place Egypt is to plan a holiday, truly a bucket list trip Omnia was our agent and I can only speak speak from my personal experience but WOW . This trip had it all and everything went smooth. We arrived at the airport someone was waiting, someone checked us into the hotel , the hotels and boat was amazing, the guides provided were amazing! Egypt general: the people are really friendly and it is an extremely safe country. I would feel comfortable walking alone there in the evening (obviously this would depend on the area like all countries) but in Cairo we stayed in Zamalek, thus bustling area. We had no problems with tummy bugs or anything, we only drank bottled water as a precaution. The food on the boat and breakfast in the hotels were great and wide variety for all. We were warned that the bazaar or sellers by the temples would be pushy and it would damper the experience, and I can say we didn’t find that they were pushy (not more than going to Italy or any other country) when you say no and walk on they leave you alone. Tipping is also custom in Egypt, however no one will ever ask or demand a tip and whatever you give them they are extremely grateful. And for the service the guides, hotel , boat and drivers are providing to be honest they all deserve good tips and you should ask your agent what the going rate is for guidance. Egyptian pound is acceptable everywhere and on the boat at the end you ca pay for your drinks by card. The boat’s wifi was well … non existent (although advertised) but it didn’t really affect our holiday but might be worth while mentioning if you planned to check work emails , you wont be able to do so on the boat But again just have such amazing memories and Nile Cruisers hit it out of the park and exceeded all expectations

All in all it was a really good trip, nice staff and good food. Our tourguide Iduu was super nice and competent. We are a couple and our group with our tourguide were in total 6 adults and 1 child which was a perfect size. The pickup and transportation in general was always on time and highly professional. The boat was nicer than expected. The name of the boat was "Concertoe Nile Cruise" - The rooms were luxury and clean and the boat was in a good condition. Would we do it again? Yes! But some points we did not like: 1. We missed a more detailed scheduled plan for some tours. Like Abu Simbel waking up at 3.30 or other tours at 5. This was a real surprise... and was told in the evening before. Of course it is due to the limited time but knowing beforehand would have been nice. 2. We did not really like the 3 tourist shop stops at the oil store, souvenir fake "stonefactory" store and planned papyrus store. These were overpriced and we did really not feel good afterwards. 3. Being 2 days in Luxor without having Luxor temple in the package (around 8 €) included was also a bit unexpected as the price of the cruise is already relatively high compared to Egyptian prices. 4. At some times the cruise ship followed one or two other ships really closely and the smell of the burning fuel was on the sundeck. So it was not nice to relax there with the pollution some times. 5. There was no introduction what to do in an emergency case and we did not know where the safety wests were. I think this is a must before leaving ... So in total we would say 8 out of 10 or 4 our of 5.

I am so happy amd blessed to have found MOSTAFA SAYED. He organized a completely customized Egyp tour to meet my demands. He always impressed me and made me happy with his professionalism and his extensive knowledge about all to do with Egypt. I had the best tours with I was with him. So much fun and laughter. He truly went above and beyond. He took me to the most unique places in Egypt were I interacted with locals and had first hand experience to learn about the culture and enjoy the true Egypt not just the tourist landmarks and hightlights. Communication was always so clear and accurate. I never had any confusions or questions he made sure all Was so well organized and that I was stress free. There was always someone waiting for me at the airports and great drivers and guide who spoke English and made sure I had the best time. I also have to mention Ahmed Mahmud he was amazing as well. He was so kind and helpful with all my demands. He made sure I was taken care while I was in Sharm and covered all my needs and was very thoughtful.

The process was so smooth and easy:

I was a female traveling alone (solo traveler) for the first time to the middle east and I was a little nervous. I first reached out to the company regarding night Nile cruise. And then requested a full guided tour of Egypt. The communication was always super promptly. Mostafa always answer my text in what’s app So quick at all times of the day and night that I swear he lives on his phone. I was super easy to choose Nile cruisers as the company to do my tour. They provided the best quote and details regarding the tour and had the best customer service. After few back and forward we finally decided in the lenght of tour and he made the list of places I wanted to visit and did a perfect itinerary. I sent 25% deposit via pay pal. This also was deciding factor. Other companies were requesting bank wire transfer of 50% or 100% of the cost. This automatically made me trust and feel safe to choose them.

When I arrived at Cairo airport a airport representative was waiting for me with name and help me with visa for entry and luggage. Driver took me to hotel and check me in and did all Paperwork for me. The company arranged all My covid test to ensure I was good to go for traveling to America and Jordan.

I visited total of 8 cities in Egypt: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Luxor,Aswan,Edfu, Sharm el sheik, Hurgada,

I never had to worry about anything. They would set wake up calls for me and my guide would always be waiting for me at lobby. I didn’t even need an alarm.

I had so many tours organized but my favorites were the ones Moatafa was my guide. I had the most amazing time with him. Mostafa always had jokes to make me laugh. He took the best pictures and work so hard to make sure I capture the most perfect memories. He was so patient with me as I had new request and additions to tour every day. Somehow he always made it happen even last minute..

I am so beyond happy I had Mostafa organized all the details and stayed on top of everything. It truly made the best vacation ever. The only things I had only I had to do was to make payment and showed up and not worry about anything. This was nerve racking for beacuse I am OCD and a control freak.

This Was the most amazing experience I have ever had. I will be returning to Egypt and Mostafa will always be my contact for all tour and advise regarding Egypt and other...

We found Mustafa (Nile Cruisers) while looking for an agent to book a Nile Cruise as part of our one month trip to Egypt. During the planning process, I exchanged many emails and WhatsApp chats with Mustafa. He is very responsive and helpful. I learned that he does much more than simply book Nile cruises. He also books drivers, tour guides and tours pretty much anywhere in Egypt.

Based on my favorable experience with Mustafa during the trip planning process, in addition to booking our Nile Cruise and associated tours through him, we also booked our Cairo, Luxor and Aswan transfers through him. We also booked three days of tours in Cairo through him.

While independent travel is possible in Egypt, having someone like a Mustafa handle things for us was really helpful. For the example, when Air Italy lost our luggage, Mustafa and his team spent two days tracking it down and retrieving it from the Cairo airport. He saved our trip. That experience really highlighted the value of using an Egyptian travel agent when traveling in Egypt. Mustafa and his team (Mokhtar and Ahmed) know how things work and who to call when there is a problem.

Our three days of touring with Mokhtar in Cairo were fantastic. Our agenda included the usual tourists sites as well as numerous lesser known sites that my wife had picked out based on her research. Our tours with Mohktar were just the two of us, our private driver and Mohktar. It was luxurious, informative and probably did not cost much more than a large group bus tour.

Mokhtar is a scholar of ancient Egyptian history. He is currently working on his PhD dissertation on a couple of the ancient dynasties. He really helped us understand how Egyptian history, mythology and religion evolved over the centuries. We like to learn and feel like Mohktar provided us with a full semester on Egypt in three days.

Our cruise on the M/S Mayfair also included a driver and Nile tour guide, Ahmed. Another couple, who had also booked through Mustafa, accompanied us for four of our six days on the Nile (the cruise was four days, but we added on one day of touring before the cruise and one day after the cruise). We enjoyed touring with the other couple. However, if you prefer a completely private tour simply let Mustafa know and he will take care of it.

In addition to teaching us a lot, Ahmed helped us avoid the salespeople, hucksters and scam artists that we encountered at every tourist site on the Nile (they were much worse on the Nile than in Cairo). We nicknamed Ahmed the “Falcon” because it seemed like he was watching over us even when were not with him. Anyone who hassled us got a earful from the Falcon and left in a hurry (Ahmed is a big, rather imposing man). Ahmed also has a great sense of humor and he seems to be friends with everyone along the Nile.

Mustafa only uses top notch people. All of our drivers were friendly, helpful people. And, we felt very fortunate to have Mokhtar and Ahmed as our guides. With both of them, we felt like we were touring with friends. In addition to teaching us history and mythology, they taught us a lot about the modern Egyptian people and culture. We particularly enjoyed learning about both of their families.

I will review the M/S Mayfair separately but, in summary, it was exactly as Mustafa promised - a luxurious boat in great condition with terrific food...
